Rule 4
Organization structure and arrangement of permanent posts
(1) When preparing the organizational structure of the Ministry and the departments or offices under the Ministry or when changing the organizational structure or creating or abolishing permanent posts, the Ministry shall consult the Ministry of General Administration and the Ministry of Finance and after receiving the consultation, submit it to the Government of Nepal for decision. will fall However, the ministry can take a decision after receiving such consultation regarding the creation or abolition of permanent posts at the assistant level.
(2) Darwandi cannot be created without consulting the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of General Administration.
(3) Posts filled by creation of Darwandi contrary to sub-rules (1) and (2) shall automatically be cancelled.
(4) According to this rule, the Ministry shall send a copy of such decision to the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of General Administration and the Civil Library within fifteen days after the decision to prepare the organizational form of an office or to modify the organizational structure or to create or cancel a permanent position.
